 l pride. At the same time\, the country bears the scars of a turbulent pas
 t\, including the transatlantic slave trade. This complex heritage continu
 es to resonate in society. "Benin Now" presents the work of five artists w
 ho reflect this layered history and spiritual legacy in their creations: T
 chif Tchiakpe\, Sanda Amadou\, Marcel Kpoho\, Sébastien Boko\, and Elise 
 Tokoudagba.
